NetZero Development’s Carbon Neutral Industry 4.0 Steel Modular Manufacturing Plants are a new generation of steel modular building manufacturing plants that are designed to achieve net zero carbon emissions. These plants use a variety of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data, and robotics, to optimize their operations and reduce their environmental impact.

One of the key features of our NetZero Carbon Neutral Industry 4.0 Steel Modular Manufacturing Plants is their use of renewable energy sources. Our plants are typically powered by a VPP (virtual power plant) which includes a system of Solar, ESS and Interactive Micro-Grid functions. This helps to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Another key feature of our NetZero Carbon Neutral Industry 4.0 Steel Modular Manufacturing Plants is its use of energy-efficient technologies. Our plants use a variety of technologies to reduce their energy consumption, such as high-performance insulation, variable speed motors, and waste heat recovery systems.

NetZero Development’s Carbon Neutral Industry 4.0 Steel Modular Manufacturing Plants have the potential to play a significant role in reducing the environmental impact of the building and construction industry. By using renewable energy sources, energy-efficient technologies, and waste reduction technologies, our plants can achieve net zero carbon emissions and contribute to create a more sustainable future.

NetZero Development is setting up two large scale such plants, one in Palmdale California and another one in Seattle to supply and support NetZero Residential’s mid & hi-rise development projects in Los Angeles, San Jose and Seattle.  NetZero Development’s current operating plant is based in Downey, LA, California.
